Our New Ordering Process

We’re loving our new branding and the new website to go with it, and we hope you love it just as much as we do! as well as our fresh new look, we’ve also got tasty new meals on offer and a sleek new order process. Oh, and did we mention we offer free nationwide delivery? That’s right - you can enjoy our seriously tasty yet super healthy meals from wherever you are in the uk!

Our new order process is designed to be simple and easy to use, but if you do experience any issues whilst ordering, please get in touch with us at info@bozu.co.uk or call us on 0333 360 0278 and we’ll be happy to help!

1. SELECT YOUR MEALS

The first step is to choose your meal plan. Pick how many meals per day you’d like, how many days per week, and how many weeks you’d like healthy meals delivered.

Then it’s time for the best part - choosing your meals! Our team of chefs make all our meals with the healthiest ingredients and foods to help you achieve your weight loss or muscle gain goals. You can pick from our choice of nutritious meals with meat, fish and vegan options to suit all dietary preferences. You’ll also get the option to add breakfasts and snacks to your plan. 

2. LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you’re an existing Bozu customer:

If you’ve ordered from us in the past on our old site, you’ll need to reset your password the first time you re-order from us. To do this, complete the order process as normal and then simply hit “forgot your password?” when you reach the login screen.

Once you’ve done this, enter your account email address and we’ll send you a link that will allow you to reset your password. After that, you can log in to your account using your new password to complete your order. Simple!

If you’re a new Bozu customer:

If you’re placing your first order with us, simply select “create a new Bozu account” when you reach our login screen. Then, follow the steps to sign up for your account and you’re ready to go!

3. CHECKOUT

When you reach the checkout, now’s the time to enter any discount codes you have. Once you’ve entered your code, it’ll be applied and you’ll be able to see this just before you check out.

From here, simply enter your delivery details and pay with your card or PayPal. Then, in a few days, you’ll have a healthy meal prep delivery straight to your door that you can have ready to eat in minutes - it really is that easy! You can even see when your first delivery will arrive by viewing your orders.
