Can I change the meals in my plan?
Yes, the flexibility of our service means that you can change your meals at any time, by logging into your account.

How do recurring plan payments work?
Our recurring meal plan payment process ensures your account always remains up to date. We take payment on the anniversary day the initial payment was made.
Can I pause my deliveries?
You can pause your deliveries at any time, subject to our deadlines as per our terms.
Can I cancel my recurring plan?
You can skip or cancel a week at any time, subject to our deadlines as per our terms. Your deliveries will resume as normal after that.
Can I upgrade my meal plan?
Yes, simply give us 7 days’ notice by email and we’ll walk you through it.
Do I get a reward for referring a friend?
Yes! When a friend signs up, you get 5 free snacks + an extra delivery on your plan. Just send us their order number.
Can I add extra meals to my plan?
Yes, just give us 4 days' notice for either Wednesday or Sunday delivery. Email us and we’ll sort it.
What days do I get deliveries?
Wednesdays and Sundays for 5–7 day plans. Once a week for 3-day plans.

Yes — all our meat is halal and we don’t serve haram foods.

How do I heat meals?
Microwave in the container or reheat in a pan. Oven? Just decant to an oven-safe dish and warm through.
How long do meals last?
Eat within 3 days fresh or freeze and consume within 3 months. Defrost before heating.
