If The Customer is unhappy with the parcel upon delivery, such as: the parcel is missing certain ingredients, the parcel was damaged whilst in transit or the parcel did not arrive, The Company will offer a refund. In the exceedingly rare case that any individual meal that The Customer has specifically chosen from The Company ́s website is not to The Customers personal taste, then, under no circumstances will this entitle The Customer to any claims against The Company, nor will The Customer be entitled to any refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of The Companies products, The Company does not accept returns.
